Clients will come in fully detangled for their appointment. Please add time if you know you will not be able to come in prepared for your shampoo service. You can prevent this fee by completely detangling prior to your appointment. It is OK to wet, condition, and fully detangle your hair before coming in. (Many of my clients have tons of hair. This helps cut down on the overuse of my hands and wrists from styling. Also, hair should always be detangled before any shampoo is applied to avoid possible matting and breakage.)

Must Add Styling Service! Hair treatments are essential for maintaining the health of all hair types. They help with length retention, moisture balance, softening, and improving manageability. A protein treatment builds and repairs hair, strengthening it with synthetic bonds that last for up to 3 months. Silk Press and bleaching services is the only ones that already include full treatment. All others include 90 Second express. You may add this to extend to full steam treatment.

Silk Press includes everything you need to maintain healthy hair: a detoxifying steamy wash, moisturizing treatment, and optional curls for styling. if it has been a year or more since your last cut please select "silk press on very damaged hair" extensive dead ends will slow the process to prevent damage.
